Hi there Soarers,

The date has been set for the 4th of August. The meet will be at the Mudgeeraba Shell service station on the back highway at the Mudgeeraba exit at 10am. We will leave at 10:30am for Byron Bay, and will arrive between 11:30 and 12:00. Time for a chat/photos etc and then lunch at 1:pm. About 2:30-3pm we will cruise back to the Gold Coast.

If anyone has any suggestions, please, let me know! This is my first cruise organisation, and things are going to be a little new and disorganised!

I want to start a list of who is coming and if you are meeting us at the Shell service station at Mudgeeraba, so we know how long to wait. Might be an idea to give me you mobile phone number if you have one. My phone number is 0419 754 452.

If some of you are coming from Brisbane, is there a place in Brisbane those people want to meet first? Let me know, and I will try and co-ordinate it.
