ALSC Meeting Perth W.A.  24th March 2002 - Page Two

After a terrific BBQ lunch, supplied by our sponsor, DCI Imports, we took off for the beach.
Here's a few shots of the line up later in the day......

Again, there are plenty of high quality images on this page so it will take a while to load. Time for another drink and by the time you come back, you can continue to enjoy our day out in Perth's glorious sunshine....

Willy's gold V8 got prime position at the front of the entrance. That's what you can expect when you turn up early!
Will is currently on a mission to upgrade his rims. He has selected them out and he's itching to get them on his beast any day now! Still, these factory rims don't look that bad at all...

Ummmmm....!!! This guy joined us late in the day and needless to say his baby didn't look like it had any suspension AT ALL!!! She was sitting plumb on the wheels! It looked like a new import fresh off the boat. All the import writing on the windscreen and Dealer plates. I didn't get more info as we had to get going to the next most important destination - the pub!

Greg Holden's car gets into the picture again, and why not? Just lovely.....

Well the drive back towards Perth was sensational and enjoyed by all. Right up to the point where the convoy got stuck in a jam following five army tanks!! Cruised at about 30km per hour until a passing lane opened up and we continued forth to the final destination - the PUB! The remainder of the crew for the day can be seen here relaxing and reflecting on a most enjoyable day...

All in all, an excellent day made even better by the fantastic weather!
Thanks again to Regan Whitby from DCI who made the day possible.
